All products are printed to order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Ordering the wrong item

Please check size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Faults are rare but possible.

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• Email contact@worldcuptees.co.uk
• Include your order number
• Attach clear photos of the issue
• Add a short description

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Faults reported more than 28 days after dispatch are eligible for replacement only.


Unauthorised returns

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Our fulfilment partner cannot accept customer returns directly.


Delivery failures

If an order is returned to sender due to delivery failure:

• We will contact you
• You must confirm the delivery address
• Redelivery costs must be paid again


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Faulty items will be replaced.

All other cases require a new order.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Processing takes up to 10 business days.

Banks and card providers may take longer to display the refund.
